Terms of Service

1. What SpotSnatch is

SpotSnatch ("we", "us") operates a public leaderboard where products, apps, and startups ("Listings") compete for ranking positions by paying money. A Listing's rank is determined solely by the total amount paid, with ties broken by whichever payment was made first. By submitting a Listing or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

2. No account required

You can browse, search, react to and view Listings without creating an account. Submitting a Listing and paying to climb does not require a password or username. Managing a Listing after submission requires verifying the email address associated with your payment via a one-time code.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, a third-party payment processor. We never store your full card details. The amount required to claim or hold a given position is calculated by our servers at the time of checkout and is final once payment is confirmed. Because a Listing's position can change immediately after payment if another Listing pays more, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You may not submit a Listing that:

• Distributes malware, phishing pages, or malicious downloads
• Promotes illegal products or services
• Infringes someone else's intellectual property
• Contains prohibited explicit or unlawful content
• Was created using fraudulent payment activity or artificial traffic manipulation

We may suspend or remove any Listing that violates these Terms, with or without notice, and without refund.

5. Ranking integrity

The primary leaderboard reflects paid ranking only. We do not manually reorder it based on preference. Discovery features such as Trending, Rising and Most Competitive use separate, engagement-based signals and never alter the paid leaderboard.

6. Disclaimer & liability

SpotSnatch is provided "as is". We don't vouch for any Listing's product, service, or claims. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SpotSnatch after a change means you accept the update.
