Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Listing information you submit: product name, website, description, category, logo, social link.
• Email address, provided by Dodo Payments after a successful payment, used to send receipts, notifications, and one-time login codes for /manage.
• Anonymous engagement data: page views, website-link clicks and reactions. We store a salted, non-reversible hash of your IP address and browser fingerprint for abuse prevention - never the raw IP.
• Payment data processed and stored by Dodo Payments. We store the resulting payment ID, amount, currency and status, never full card numbers.

How we use it

To operate the leaderboard, calculate rankings, send transactional emails (OTP codes, outbid notifications, rank updates, weekly reports), prevent abuse (fraudulent clicks, reaction spam, fake submissions), and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

Third parties

We use Dodo Payments to process payments and Inboxili to deliver transactional email. Both process the minimum data required to perform their function on our behalf.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential, first-party cookies to keep you signed in to /manage and the admin dashboard. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your listing and account data at any time by emailing hello@spotsnatch.live from the address associated with your listing.
